I have always loved being in the kitchen and I have learnt over the years to adapt recipes to suit my own food sensitives and food intolerance of my children and grandchildren. Nothing excites me more than knowing that I can help people make wholesome nutritious meals. |

Face to Face Workshops
We have been running live wholefood workshops since beginning of 2019. These workshops are for people wanting to learn the tips and hand on knowledge of wholefood eating.
In each workshop you will receive recipes, able to taste the end results and feel confident to take your wholefood cooking to another level. Groups are small and cater for not more than 10 at a time. |
